We will not be liable if for any reason our site and/ Services are unavailable due to force majeure or any other reason at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some part of our site/ application, or our entire site, to users.

Obligations Of User

• You agree that when using our services you will not:
• Plagiarize the works of others.
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Upload any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto.

Business Outside IDISPATCH.COM Carriers, carrier, owner operators and brokers or/ shippers or/ anyone else who needs their freight/load moved agrees that they shall not have any business out of IDISPATCH.COM If you violate this section IDISPATCH.COM may terminate this Agreement immediately, withhold payments if any and take appropriate legal action to claim damages. You agree that IDISPATCH.COM shall not be responsible to you for any business you do outside IDISPATCH.COM

Fees and Payment We charge Carriers owner operators a fee for services and technology including but not limited to maintaining the IDISAPTCH.COM application providing online tracking resources, or collecting amounts owed by Brokers or/ shippers or/ whoever else needs their freight/load and remitting them to Carriers, owner operators. This fee is equal to an agreed ____% between IDISAPTCH, LLC and the Carrier, owner operators/ or Shipper/ any other person who require to move load or freight payments, plus a fee for withdrawals.

You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, currency conversion cost, taxes and duties and for all costs you incur as part of the Service. We may, at our sole discretion, change some or all of our services, our Fees and Payment policy, and/or the fees for our services.

Dispute Between Carrier, Owner Operators and brokers or/ shippers or/ anyone else

Carrier, owner operators and brokers or/ shippers or/ anyone else who needs their freight/load move agree that IDISPATCH is not responsible for any dispute between them as this website is only facilitating the transaction.

Intellectual Property Rights IDISAPTCH is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and our software/ application.

IDISAPTCH do not however claim ownership of any content you post onto the site which shall remain your property, however by posting content onto this site you hereby grant us a non-exclusive royalty free license to use, modify, delete, reproduce and distribute such content for the purposes of operating this site. You hereby represent that any content you post is owned by you or otherwise you have the right to grant the aforesaid license and that any content does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
